Product Return Policy: Veltop products are handcrafted for maximum quality assurance. Our factory in France uses premium materials. If you are not satisfied with our product you have 15 days to return it to us in its original packaging. Should you wish to return your hood for reasons other than manufacturing imperfections a 15% restocking charge may be assessed. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Before shipping your hood back to us, please call 954-889-6848 to obtain a return authorization number.

Important Note: When ordering your Veltop hood please let us know the brand name and model of your bicycle / trike. This information is necessary for us to ship you the right adapter for the handlebar or boom.

Delivery: Your hood will be shipped to you directly from either the factory in France or from our U.S. inventory. Estimated delivery time 5-15 business days. We are currently not offering overnight delivery.
